I don't understand why you're so mean. I'm bipolar and i make a depression. My mediacation lead me to this weight. I advise you to be more gentle with people like me. Obesity is a disease since my adolescence. It's the first time and a long period, that i'm finaly lose weight. I won't let you get my spirit down ! 

And she lost 25.6, how much did you lose Vdvshs. That is a small portion with mainly salad. Wtf are you talking about anyways. Pumyfrank ignore people like him/her.  

Pumyfrank, you are doing amazing. Keep up the good work!!!

I soooo thought that was a double chocolate chip cookie at first... lol. My medication is partially for my 60 lbs weight gain but mostly it was my habits etc. Please don't listen to negative people... Do what's best for you and we all have our ups and downs. We are here to uplift each other... Some are faster to their goal and others slower... the fact is not giving up. Keep doing you. 🙂 You got this.
