really happy today finally broke the 195 plateau and weighed in at 194 this morning, that plateau that i've been at for a long time for me a long time means almost a week is probably because i've been in more than 50% caloric deficit mode for a long time and believe that my basal metabolism has slowed down significantly.


Comentarios 
It's pretty normal to stay the same for a few days or more. Your chart looks amazing and is going downward. If you weighed once a week, you wouldn't even notice the scale staying the same. I had a friend plateau for 6 weeks. That is tough. You have to really dig your heals in when something like that happens. Just keep going, you are doing amazing.

thanks for the comments. i'm trying my best and have tweaking monitoring and obsessing because the weight is not coming off i have not recorded anything lower than 194 for weeks now and am a little frustrated because the lower my weight drops the more difficult it is to lose one pound and seems to be taking forever or either i've hit a plateau.
