Just realized I didn't post this morning! End of week P90X - Week 3. Ah. Recovery week starts tomorrow and I am looking forward to doing something different for a week.

Can't wait to have some salmon for dinner! Yummy!

I was just checking on you. I work nights so i get to see the happening son FS during Act I. :-) Yeah, it was a hard day, but i got my workout it and the crazy thing is I am looking forward to the workout tomorrow.

Good for you! P90X - I hate it, but I love it! I look forward to the workouts too! Where do you work? I'm the opposite, I get up at 4:30 to work out and get to the office by 7:30. By the time I get off at 4:30 and head home I am done for the day! Dinner, clean up, and bed! After taking care of my dog of course.
