How do everyone eat? I eat Lunch and Dinner (Sometime midnight snack) im trying to do 1200lbs a day but i end up eating 1600 or 1800 a day🥺 

Do people typically eat only one meal a day? i see so little food posted here by everyone, is that all they have in a day? Wow i admire their self control🙂 

trdraayer i try to eat 1500-1600 cals but last year i ate 1800 cals a day and still lost 10lbs in 6 weeks. 

I also love the nails.  

@tdraayer I shoot for under 1800 calories and 20 Net Carbs. I typically have one big meal with 2 smaller snacks. I have lost over 70 lbs since I started doing this a year ago. It is whatever works best for you. Don't be discouraged! You got this! Some days I go up a lb or two because I either ate too late or too much sodium the night before like today. Don't sweat it. It will come down. Hugs!☺️
