I lose I gain..Im done..after watching 335lb 6ft diabetic hubby who wont take care of himself, wont ck his sugar, eats double of everything, gobble down a barrel of cheesy balls HE bought..at 26 servings, 47carbs per, 500 mg salt..he ate over 3/4 of them in 2 days..I told him he is on his own..I have tried, he continually bombs me, brings home chips after I tell him not to...he knows I have gained, he knows I am trying and he dont care..so I spent the day making low carb food for me..he wants to eat it fine but Im done cooking anything for him if hes not even gonna try..I measure my food he piles whatever we have on his plate...Im 64 and im done being fat! I did bike and tread today..he said hes been fat all his life..well stay that way alone...cause I didnt and Im not gonna start..

You should show him some results 😊everyone watched me loose weight after I gave birth and only when I lost it people started asking what I was doing 🤦♀️ my husband is in good shape about 170 lb and he eats everything and before bed time too. Yes sometimes I sit there watch him eat and just sit on my 0 calorie green tea.lol 😂 you should do this for yourself to feel good and healthy to feel lighter . I know you can do it, we women are strong 💪

Weight on the scale can be wildly inaccurate so I try not to be upset when I appear to gain. Yesterday I weighed 164.4 and this morning 163. So hang in there. Men also lose differently than women. Keep going!!! I’m down 17 lbs from 180 back in mid December. Working out with Les Mills style workouts, walking, counting calories. Just keep going! ❤️

I started from intermittent fasting look it up on youtube . It’s very good for your health overall. Decreases insulin levels that make you wanna eat. Yes it’s hard at first so so beneficial. https://youtu.be/lwCRjwDs1Ek Dr. Eric Berg DC video about intermittent fasting . Hope this helps

the one thing I learned and in all my years of learning and self development and when I coach my clients that the only one you can change is you and only you can change. when a person takes responsibility for their own action only then can a person get results desired. the question for you do you want to continue the journey regardless of what he said or not.

Gosh is this post relatable. For TEN years I have been trying to get my husband to drop the weight. He’s 12 years older than me as it is and is obese, I’m worried about being widowed by my 50s. Now he’s diabetic, his heart has been affected by Covid and all I see is him declining. Just this week I finally have given myself permission to let go. No more obsessing over his needs, planning and making all his meals - I’m giving that energy back to myself. Makes me sad still, I deserve an equal partner. We will see what happens.
