Diario de robsamvan, 16 mar. 22

I dont think im losing this weight in a healthy way. Ive lost 5kgs in 2 weeks. Any tips on how to avoid an eating disorder? Food has always been a problem for me.

Yes losing too fast isn't a good thing. What is your intake like? Are you sticking to your RDI? I know the battle. I was 90kg this time last year. My goal has changed from 65kg to 60kg to 58kg where I was happy for a while. Goal now is 55kg where I'll stop. it's at the limit of a healthy BMI. Inside I'm still that fat girl that loves food. So balance is very important for me. I don't deny myself the food I love but I make sure to eat clean 90percent of the time.

My intake should be at around 1400 a day but over the past 2 weeks ive been having between 400-1000 calories a day. I had my wisdoms removed and had to limit what i ate, then i went through a break up and lost my appetite. I also hate that i like how skinny i feel. Really need to sort this out before it becomes a problem. No energy at all. Ill try forcing myself to eat more.

I'm sorry you are going through some personal things, that can definitely put a damper on one's appetite. Maybe start out with some calorie dense items so that you get in more calories but don't feel like you are over eating. Avocado and scrambled egg is a great way to up your intake. I wish you luck on your journey ❣️🌻

If you do not have an appetite but need to get more your calories in, why not try a protein shake or one of the 'bulking/mass builder' protein powders that body builders use? Those have a lot more calories than normal protein shakes. You can even mix the protein with a bit of yogurt. Or mix it with warm milk/water to have a warm drink :) I hope you find your balance. It is horrible to feel the way you do. Good luck with your journey x

I think you've gotta have some self compassion. Take it easy on your heart. I left carbs out of my diet and was weight lifting at the same time because I wanted to lose weight...guess what happened? I couldn't get out of bed...yeah it got really bad because my body had no energy...and I wasn't able to show up for myself. Thankfully my P.T was there for me & guided me without judging me... she is actually an amazing P.T probably one of the best in the country in my view so I got quite lucky to find her. Point is, you need to surround yourself with people to support your healing, and if you're serious you need to get professional advice...this is a long term game. Don't let your ex see you harming your body over him...rather use that energy to build yourself the most amazing body that you can. That's my way anyway. I wish you all the best.

Thank you for commenting that, im so sorry you had to go through the energy struggles too. It can really alter your daily life. Im going to focus on trying to be healthier, im still healing so everything is all over the place at the moment. The fact that there are people like you and the others that commented make everything so much better. Thank you so much.
