hope everyone is doing well. I'm on day 11 of a low carb challenge, well day 11 of 12. You know we got to do what works for us on this journey and it's not one size fits all. So I have been taking it in chunks, doing 2 week challenges, fasting, smoothies etc and the results have been amazing. If i do a challenge for 2 weeks and go down even 1lb Im happy, cause this journey is not a sprint but a marathon, it's not about speed, but it's about endurance. Keep going my family....
