Feeling really great! 🌼 I'm exercising a lot, 5x a week and with the weather getting warmer I'm walking around more too. I know it might not be sustainable working out this much but I'm really enjoying it so far.

Weight loss is steady - feeling bit bloated since my period is probably due next week. I will keep the promise to myself that I will never ever do quick weight loss ever again, after getting so sick and regaining the weight back on so quickly.

Remember to eat whole foods! DO NOT STARVE URSELF ❤
