Well, the bad news is that I gained weight this week. But the good news is that the swelling and pain on my knee is a swollen bursa, not a fracture; and the doctor drained it today, gave me cortisone, and said I can go back on my treadmill on Wednesday. So I should be able to get my weight back down now that I'm not afraid to injure myself when I walk. I wish I had more control over my eating, but it gets even worse when I don't exercise. So one thing at a time....
