i love Wednesday i don't have to go to the gym and lift heavy things for a set number of repetitions i can just sit in my recliner and veg out (the only type of veg i like) the biggest decision will be tv or video games . i did however run for 3.6 miles at work today in a non airconditioned non ventelated dank humid basement on a 10 year old treadmill got my large rear up to 6 mph for a very brief time will not be doing that again till i slim down some more .

woke up at 284 sleep has been very very good to me . even if my scale is lying i don't care
