It is yummy, healthy and easy to make! I usually skip the potatoes but had a small spoon today. I love Piccata too. Hope you make it and enjoy! 🥂

I make this with chicken breast filet that I slice thin, very lightly dust the chicken in flour and sauté in a pan with olive oil season with salt / pepper until golden.
Move the chicken to the side of the pan, add mushrooms, sauté a few minutes, crank the heat up and add Santini (it’s the best) Marsala wine, cook the alcohol off. If you want more sauce add a little chicken stock / broth (I even use a bit of water sometimes) 🙂
