well i went a little overboard yesterday another temporary hickup i hope its just water from all the salt, but back on track today ill be going to gym couldn't go yesterday as i was attending police officers funeral and was standing for hours and legs and feet where killing me and for some reason i felt the need to pig out which i shouldn't have done but did will maintain my discipline this weekend and hopefully ill be down to 282 by Monday . will also be going to gym tonight for some cardio just don't know what yet . i hope these 2 pounds will be gone by the time i wake up tomorrow .
