I realize this week I really didn't sleep. I was going to bed extremely late and sleeping for just 4 hours. Stuffing my face in the morning while standing up then went to sit to read emails before getting ready for work. I didn't walk much;only when I had to. I cannot believe how much I am gaining and how lazy I think I have become. No more laziness for me. I am back on track as of right now!
