Hi there 😊 I see we have the same goal. How many calories are you eating and do you exercise? Also, are you eating a keto based diet - seeing a whole lot of protein 😃

@BesterM My calories vary a lot, depending on how I feel. I try to keep them around 1400 - 1600 to lose, though sometimes I'll have way more or a lot less. I'm not exercising intentionally, but doing a lot of housework and activities that seem to be a decent substitute for now. Not keto, just eating low carb - leaning towards carnivore. Trying to get in daily protein of 130g to 160g (don't always win) to preserve muscle while losing weight. It's all a bit of a puzzle, which I'm still figuring out 😅 Here's to us reaching that goal this year 🙌🏼
