Fasting blood sugar 197 / weight 174.2 (Lost 5 lbs overnight -- still out of one of my meds, so retaining water. Took a water pill last night with swollen ankles. Time now to order that missing med. Miscalculated somehow.)
Coffee mocha for breakfast. Lunch was carbmaster yogurt, cheese stick and mocha coffee. Supper: half a low carb spinach tortilla with cheese and pork loin.
Worked 4 hours at library today. After supper spent two hours weed eating along garden borders.. We are having temps in 90s all week so picking my time for yard work!! Unusual weather for early May here. I hope it doesn't mean hot dry all summer. Does not bode well for my garden!
