Well i'm back doing Atkins - it's the one way of eating that seems to curb my chocolate craving!!! I successfully lost 119 lbs about 10 years ago and have done fairly well keeping it off until the birth of my 3rd baby on 28th dec 06. Since then i have been struggling so am hoping that this will work for me again. It's great to find a site where we can share experiences, tips and hopefully keep each other motivated. I look forward to sharing lots with you all.
