Storm with tornado came through yesterday. still eating healthy but not counting anything. trying to use fridge stuff first. power has been out for 19 hours. neighbors helped clear the tree that just missed our car. roof took some damage, but is still attached and not leaking. everyone is safe. going to attempt to go to the next town to get some propane and cook the meat before its bad. oh and find ice.

I hope everyone is safe

It was pretty scary. Still no power, thankfully water has stayed on. I did find ice and propane. Last night we had a big chili.

Thank you Manguscanook. We were in that big storm that hit Southern Ontario. Community has really pulled together to help each other. Hydro one has restored power to parts of town, but it may be a day or two until it's fully up. Lots of down trees and lines. Obly had to travel 45 min for gas, supplies and such. Counting ourselves lucky today
