Oh that oatmeal looks so good. I love how chunky it is what kind do you use? The berries are a very nice touch too!

I also add cinnamon to my oatmeal along with chromium picolinate to lower and regulate my glucose. I have type2 diabetes. Very effective and successful.

Cinnamon sounds like an awesome idea! Hope I remember it for next time. It is quaker whole grain oats, not steel cut or instant, whatever they have. I'm happy with it too. Boil water (or milk), 5 minute cook time!
