I know this chart isn't a representation of everyone, but damn, according to it, I'm 10-12kg underweight! Granted, I am younger than 25 and petite but it's still kind of shocking.  

That's the most realistic weight chart I think I've seen. Thanks for posting! 

I'm a female, I'm 1.85m tall... I don't have a range on this chart!😂 

The top end of my ideal chart shows my weight should be 85Kg. Having matriculated at 60kg, I was teased as a skinny maginx, wanting to be heavier for all the wrong reasons... Strangely, in the mirror I still look skinny, even at my previous 120kg. I do see my real size in photos, so photos are avoided. Having lost 20kgs, I now look really slim in the mirror! HOWEVER, in a photo I can see the 15 kgs still to be lost according to this chart! Now overweight and recently out of obese category, I want to align my headspace with my mirror image & photo image. Does anyone else have this syndrome, and what does it mean? 🤔 

@Zorev: Just like the BMI charts, nothing is an absolute, there will always be outliers and exceptions that are perfectly healthy. Also, like you said, you're still young 😊 @JLO1705: I think so too! 😊 @body_reboot: Oh noooo! That's some serious discrimination going on there 😂 Based on this chart, I'd estimate the range for your height at something like 64 to 84kg. @BurnItBeamic: You might need to get a new mirror 😂 Actually I also think I look slimmer in the mirror than in photos. I wonder if they design the mirrors so. I have one at home that makes me look big and one that is definitely slimming. I look fantastic in all my mom's ones 😅 

Apparently I am too tall to be a woman, then! 🤣
