Wat a eye opener , thank u for posting this . I’ve always read n thought margarines have essential fats that we don’t always get through the higher paced lifestyle with we smtimes live . Also the fact that fats r essential building blocks in brain development in young kids. Although we are highly allergic to pure butter we fall on margarines like flora, now I need to go check how toxic it actually is 🤔

Only read this now. Is polyunsaturated margarine not as healthy as endorsed by the heart foundation? Could the toxicity be higher than the corporate marketing engine sells to us? Butter is better...

Margerine is especially toxic (I always think of it as plastic), not at all what the marketing would have us believe. Butter and animal fats are definitely a healthier option
