Not understanding what happened yesterday. Was very active but up in weight this morning (up 0.4 lbs). Did a personal best on the elliptical - 60 mins - 633 Cal Burned. Thinking of maybe the food I ate was high in salt. Was at a tradeshow yesterday and my salad for lunch was healthy but thinking the Fajita Chicken must of been high in salt (apparently chicken can hide the taste of salt). Also I had beans with an egg for dinner - canned beans also have a lot of salt. Since I was at a tradeshow, didn't really drink enough water. Need to hydrate today. Maybe I'll be done tomorrow.

One of my friends told me to drink fiber. You know the powder that you mix with water. It helped her sister when she was retaining water. Now it doesn't help everyone, but I tried it and it works for me.

After exercise our muscles hold onto fluid while they repair themselves...it will drop down in a day or two!

Ah. YOu've got to expect minor fluctuations. When I'm cutting hard my weight swings through about a 2 pound variant over a week until I see a decent loss. Water... salt..., carbohydrate... it's all so ambiguous as to what exactly it will do. You're fine.
