My husband can eat all these in one sitting, but I will eat some as well. He is fully vegan. I am vegan or vegetarian at home 99%.
In the morning, I start with spring water 16oz and fresh lemon water 16oz. My breakfast around 11am -12 noon, mostly oatmeal with fresh fruit.
