Went up again. Was planning to go in the afternoon but unfortunately when I was helping my mom in the kitchen I burnt my hand on a pot, 4-5 blisters :( I put 2nd skin on and wrapped it but had to keep wetting the wrap with ice water. Needless to say didn't get to the gym. Hand is doing better today. But my daughter needs help on a project so the gym looks like, I won't get there until Wednesday or Thursday. Can't totally blame the hand - I did try my mom's homemade chocolate chip cookies (fresh out of the oven) ;)

Aww, hope your hand feels better. I didn't get to the gym either today. Worked bedtime and through lunch. One 15 minute break all day, tired! Will do some on my ball and kettle balls.
