Ok party people! Kids are back in school and daycare today, so I told myself I'd start walking the trail around a park on my lunch hour (until it gets light enough outside after work) but today is a dreary somewhat foggy day and I'm not feeling motivated!!! I know - don't you all just feel sorry for this sunny California girl!!!??

I need some motivation!!!! I take lunch in an hour and a half.

Ready, set, go!!!!!

Get your buns out there Caligirl!!!!, I'd love to walk outside but I'm looking at about 5 inches of snow on the ground, and my kids had school cancelled!!! ;). Good luck!

I always like when is foggy because it really just means I'm walking on clouds. That or you can pretend there's "something" in the fog and take up jogging real fast. I've creeped myself out like that a few times.

Just get a dog. She makes me take two walks a day; this morning it was -1, not wind-chill! But she never seems to notice.

Think of fog as a vaporizer. Good for the lungs. My walks today consisted of several layers of clothes and boots to walk the dog around the block between rain/sleet showers. I want spring!

oooooohhh I need to not complain! LOL - I'm just a summer girl is all! I DID get out and walk yesterday and it was not bad at all. I do have a little dashchund but she does not keep up with her momma on my power walks! LOL Thanks again for the support everyone!
