I'm kind of bummed right now. I have a dilemna. The Chiropractor told me yesterday that he would like for me to lay off the P90X yesterday until he can find what is causing the inflamation in my sciatic. I don't want to, but I don't want to make it worse either. I don't know if I should not do any exercise at all period, or if I am allowed to do walking or core exercises. I'll ask him tomorrow. Grrr.

Oh no partner, I am so sorry to hear that, but you have to do what the doc says so you can get better and then kick but. You can still watch your caloric intake and have some loss.

I couldn't stand it if I couldn't do any exercise. I'll be curious to hear what he tells you that you CAN do. I wonder if swimming would be ok for it. Seems like it's low impact enough that it should be an ok activity but that's why I'm not the doctor. Oh, and I have been meaning to tell you, I don't know if you read my past journals at all or not, but I have done some tris so if you want to talk tri, I'd be happy to. :)
