Yum! I love Smoothies!
Do you just put the ingredients in & that's it? On Weight Watchers they "charged" you extra points bc it's liquid. I always hated that so I haven't had one in a long time. Just curious how it's recorded here.

I'm not familiar with weight watchers. I add the Naked Smoothie drink to mine - usually the strawberry banana because it has less sugar (although none is added sugar), or a yogurt. I'm going to add ice next time maybe and see how it turns out! I'm using a bullet blender, and just putting the fruits, fresh or frozen straight in and mixing it, along with s good helping of spinach or kale, and maybe some nuts or peanut butter.
