my weight went up this week and I'm really sad about it. I am not able to do my walk work out because I sprained my foot and have been hobbling around. yesterday I found a work out on YouTube that I can do with a hurt foot. I will continue 30mins of exercise with the ones I can do. hopefully I won't have this injury for much longer.
