Hello everyone!

It has been a minute since my last journal entry. I realized that journaling helps me to direct my thoughts in a positive way, especially when my weight stalls or fluctuates. I decided to follow a ketogenic lifestyle that has opened so many fabulous and delicious recipes to keep me busy. In addition, I don’t have the hunger urges, and that’s a good thing. 👍🏽

One thing I need to keep up is entering my meals/snacks/liquids into FS. It’s a great way to ‘monitor’ my carbs and protein intake specifically.

Things are going well for me and hubby! We are beginning to enjoy that next phase of no longer commuting, dealing with work deadlines, etc!! It’s still an adjustment and we’re learning as we go.
