So I promised myself this year I would journal at least once a week this year. I guess like therapy. I wanted to do it this because when I am not succeeding in my weight loss journey, I am just not motivated to write. I just end up feeling down, and angry with myself. So this is me writing in for this week. Obviously not succeeding and getting annoyed with my lack of control. Hoping I get motivated again and maintain the motivation.
