Down below 220 after teasing me about that weight for a week. This is, I should note, a benchmark weight, 100 kilograms. My physicians use the metric system to record my weight; at my last visit I was 102.8 kg. Now I've dropped those 2.8 kilos (6 lbs 3 oz) and I'm on my way to my goal.
Yesterday, I had my regular training session at the gym and did 38 minutes of working out. I seem to be in slightly better shape, and can see that some of the fat around my sides is disappearing. Going away slowly, but going away.
My legs are getting stronger, a walk that used to take me 15 minutes now takes me ten. I do feel as if I've dropped a couple of decades off. Every ounce counts, and I'm doing my best to get them off and keep them off.
