Fasting blood sugar 136 / weight 172.2 (Glucose down to 91 at 9:15 pm)
Temps hit 100 today, not a time to garden. Short story due tomorrow for my writing group, so working on that today. Pleased to see my blood sugar is getting back down to expected levels.
Breakfast: mocha coffee. Lunch: egg sandwich and peanut butter toast. Finally finished the last of the gifted chocolate covered nuts! Supper: honey roasted turkey breast on one slice of bread, plus tomato slice; with some trail mix.
Macros: 36/45/19; 837 calories; 10.8 fiber; net carbs 75.83; net kcals -1115

Hi rhontique, I have all meds in my pill box now! Taking a litttle longer to stablize again, but it is getting there! Thanks for your concern!
