I seemed to have gained about 3 lbs. I'm not going to do an official weigh in until tomorrow, but my weight has been fluctuating wildly all weekend. I read somewhere that running makes your muscles retain water so they will heal. Hopefully thats the cause. Or maybe its all the drinking I've done this weekend....who knows. BUT on an awesome note, my body fat has dropped by 1%. I have never seen that change! SO I'm bummed about gaining weight but the body fat % is surely a victory.
