Diario de debbra, 24 jun. 09

I did well yesterday until the evening. Then I exploded! I am going to start making myself popcorn in the evening. I need to have my hands busy with food. Today I was hungry when I made the kids' lunch so I had some of their fried calamari. All in all, if I don't let it get to me, the greasy food should not be so bad.

Popcorn is a good snack to have on hand. So are carrots, zucchini...crunchy veggies. Sometimes all we crave is that crunch.
