goooooooood mornin...seems like ive been away from the gym forever...im sure tomow it will be hard to get up an go when its time...but i am ready to get back into the gym again...plan today is to cut grass once i get ready...try an get it over with before it gets humid like the weather man is saying...did good on trip yesterday..took granola bar with me an ate alitle before me an mom left, so that helped...we did stop at a mc dees...but i passed on eating...thought about eating once or twice..but the smell was enough to curb my appetitie...im holding out for the healthy menus without all the hidden dangers...well need to get this day started an eat breakfast ...make the bed and do a few things before i change clothes an head out to mow grass once again...have a greatttttttttttt sunday...
