O.K. Well, I am down 2 more pounds and that makes me very happy! The increase in vegetables is a good move, I think.
I was outside snowblowing the driveway this morning. I was at it for over an hour and it was rough going, because the drifts were so deep, but there's no calorie count for snow blowing. They did have snow shoveling,though, so I put 30 minutes worth of that in and I am counting it! Between that and moving 40lb bags of coal, I think that's a safe bet.
I also did my 40 minutes on the bike.
My only fail today is in drinking water. Not enough. Maybe I can still fix that though.
Now to make it through the Super Bowl without over eating!!
