Diario de Jlfsa, 22 jul. 22

Today and tomorrow are going to be H. A. R. D for me. We start vacation Sunday, and while I won’t go completely crazy with food, I won’t be great, either. We stay in a cabin on a lake for a week. I love everything about it. No tv, phones, internet. No coverage. Unless we go into town. I seldom do anymore. Camp food, a dinner or 2 out, and a very close ice cream stand. I fully expect to gain weight, which will easily come off if I get right back on track. My problem is not starting “vacation eating” before we leave! I have plenty of healthy and yummy food available to me. Knowing I’ll be eating all convenient foods next week makes me want to just start now. My husband and teenaged boys make sure that we are always fully stocked with those! Summoning every ounce of willpower I have right now.
