Diario de grace1t, 24 jul. 22

My weight this week hasn't changed so I am happy in one sense and disappointed in another. The fact that the scales are not going down is a confusing one.

I have lowered my calorie intake from 1500 to 1400 today to see if that makes a difference this week. My job is quite an active one so I don't want to lower it too much without feeling hungry all of the time.

So we will see what this week holds. Bring it on!!

I’m struggling with this myself. 1400 and lost 3lbs first week but now nothing on almost 3rd week? Aunt Flo has arrived and I don’t know if that changes things?

I have figured that its my condition that is holding me back. I have to wear compression garments to help with my odema and i hadnt been wearing it because of the weather. As soon as i started wearing it my weight shifted on the scale. I will be logging the changes daily to see how much of a difference it actually makes.

just wondering what your daily fibre intake is??!! my magic number is 27g for fibre - full evacuation 😃 😀 😄 😁 🤣 😂
