Diario de snootrac, 01 jun. 11

I'm still not doing all that well. I keep starting the day out right and then I hit a point where I just go crazy. I realize that I'm a compulsive overeater and that is the reason I'm struggling so much. I don't really enjoy eating healthy foods (who does?) but I'm just tired of hitting this brick wall. I keep saying "I'll start tomorrow" or, "I'll start next week" I have so many tools at my disposal and I need to take advantage of them.

I had a pretty good day today. I'm not going to pretend that I'm going to start eating healthy. I'm focusing on not taking in too many calories and working on eating high fiber and high protein so I stay full longer. I had went to Arby's with the family and had a roast beef n cheddar and split another one with my wife. I also split the loaded potato bites with her as well and I felt pretty good about it. Right now I'm full, not stuff like I am a lot of times when I overdo it but just satisfied. However I have a small voice in the back of my brain telling me, "eat something sweet!" I want some chocolate chip cookies and milk which are an oven bake away but I bound and determined to stay away from that plan. Wish me luck!
