I am so done with the 164-165. This is my week. I will lose. I want to be 163 by Sunday. I realized that I am not ready to reintroduce sweets into my life right now. I have been having a few sweet snacks a day not a ton but enough to know that I am not ready to have them in my life just yet. This whole week I will be with holding iced mochas from BK which I have become addicted to. I had 6 last week alone.
Goals To be 163 by the end of the week. No iced coffees No eating after 7:30 No brownies, good n plentys, dairy queen, doritos, crap. 30 mins at least of exercising everyday.
I can do this. I wanted this so much last Nov. I think part of me felt I lost enough now time to eat junk. Obviously I am not ready because I can not control myself or tell myself no. So here we go again, lets get these last 15lbs gone. 15, thats all I have to go til my goal, thats nothing! I did 90 I can do 15 more!!!!
