binged. i had rice and pork for dinner, it was so spicy. then i crave something sweet. so i went to my room where i put all the chocolate, and i ate a LOT of it. IT WAS LITERALLY 2.500+ CALORIES. i couldn't control myself. ive been craving chocolate since yesterday.. now i feel uncomfortably full. i regret it so much i even gain weight. im gonna cry what should i do
