I am hungry almost ALL THE TIME lately. I’d like to hear from the big losers… 100 lbs + losers like me to see if you have had the same issue. I’m thinking my body wants me to pack the lbs on and I am trying to stay on track but I have up’d my calorie intake to 1500/day.

I’ve lost 50 lbs on “dirty” keto (another 50 to go.) My favorite aspect of keto is that I never have hunger pangs. Carbs always make me hungry for more.
