its monday...lol..another day another workout...another humid day again today...another day of doing very little an tryin to stay cool...

addon...kinda depressed...not that i should be...i did have a loss this week..just so hard to get the weight off ...an i kno that the weight that im now working off is the harder to get off flab...the easy flab is long gone...its now the flab thats been on my body longer...that im working off...i see other people that work it off an think wow...how nice that would be...and i kno that each person is different...ive been here long enough that ive learned alot about myslf and educated myslf to kno that it comes off when it comes off...just one of them days i guess...
