Diario de phutch14, 16 feb. 15

I've been bad with my food lately and will be at a conference the remainder of this week. I am forecasting that I do not progress with weight loss probably the next couple of weeks. I am not giving up though. I don't mean that I am going to eat anything, everything I come across, I'll just be out and about with friends. As for my diet, I have really been considering changing which diet I am going to use. I honestly haven't followed the Mediterranean diet all that well. I have been looking long and hard at the low carb option, maybe even paleo. Weight loss is not going to happen if I don't work out a diet plan and follow it through, no matter which one I choose. I'd much rather consider calling it eating healthy rather than a diet no matter what diet option I choose to follow. I will not give up!
