I just keep putting one foot in front of the other each day and stay consistent. Trying to develop good habits. Habits then just become natural and it doesn’t seem like a choice, it’s just a part of my normal day. I’m doing this because I’m tried of struggling to toe my shoes, walk without hurting and losing my breath, to get excited to go clothes shopping, jump in front of a camera and smile, be able to enjoy my soon to arrive grandchild, and be around for many more years to come for my family❣️I don’t want someone to tell me to love me where I’m at because that’s a death sentence for me. My health is so bad!!! I owe it to myself to be the person I know I am inside. I totally went down a rabbit hole. I just needed to say that for myself. If that resonates with anyone then you understand. I chose to have a blessed day and wishing you all the same 💌

You GOT this girl!! We are all in the same boat - don't be discouraged! These days will pass and better ones will come! Then there will be struggles.... just keep logging the calories and reading this app. You will see that we all have good dates and bad days. Stay strong and trust the process. The people here are very supportive, inspiring and sometimes even funny. Log everything and end each day with a calorie deficit. You got this!

Those are all good reasons to make a change! You can do this and remember, slow and steady wins the race. Make small attainable goals, reward yourself with nonfood items when they are achieved, prep snacks, and lig everything! It can be done and you took the 1st steps. 👍👍
