Bad, bad week for me but with my birthday, my grandmother in-law's 97th birthday, a wedding, etc, I was bound to exceed my recommended totals. Not a great week for exercise either. I guess it's ok to celebrate what I've accomplished in 2011 a bit but I'm just worried about falling into bad habits. I'm deathly afraid of starting to eat like I used to which really didn't take into account calories, etc.
