Did the fructan from onion test. Can tolerate up to 44 g onion, but not more. Had bloating and abdominal pain within 30 minutes of eating 77 g onion. Cannot tolerate garlic, though.

Thyroid level is still a bit high. My headaches are still moderate. I still have trouble keeping myself going in the evening as well. TSH was 0.47.
