7. Feeling better today. I am prepared with low carb stuff today!!! Yes, it makes a huge difference. Tonight I felt the rush again to eat ...pasta. I read of few postings from the others---that helped. It is incredible how trapped we can become in our own circle of invisibility when it comes to erring. Will not eat after 7:30 either. There. First day with sort of the right carbs, high fat and controlled calories, as well. Yey!!!
