this is the first week i didn't do cardio and i was surprised to see the weight stay the same . I would bet that you don't need cardio all that much but i am not going to spend all day lifting either .i think ill go for a long walk in park on sat and then start working the treadmill back in or do the elliptical . skipped leg workout yesterday and i actually miss it . there is a nice feeling you get when you load up a bar or a machine with plates and then bang out reps (until a guy half your size puts on more and lifts it like it was easy). i haven't had to much pain in knee so far so ill see how it goes . will be doing my back workout today . i do miss the flexibility the cardio gave me tho the extra calorie burn was a nice cushion to my low will power . i hope that once i get moving again i will break this platoe i am in now but its better than an increase right . used the elliptical today for 33 min no pain but very exhausting as the pace was fast and it was after my back workout which i will be feeling tomorrow no doubt. will try to get in some treadmill time tomorrow and we shall see how that goes . it is sweet to see those extra calorie deficit numbers . just got off the scale and holy cow 272.9 pounds i haven't eaten yet so this will change in a few minutes but i aint changing it last time i ate was 2330 last night its now 2030 the next day and i worked out on a mug of tea . love the results but cant maintain that type of eating schedule .
