Diario de pattytweedle, 18 feb. 15

Today was a great day! After yesterday's zero enery day, today seems like things are turning around for the better. I know my body is going through some needed changes, but MAN was yesterday awful. Feeling like I'm back to normal today. Ate well, had lots of energy and satified with my progress.
Learning some wonderful things to do with cauliflower and spaghetti squash. We'll be eatin' good in the neighborhood!
