Finally in the 140's !! Feeling great about my body and where it is right now. I love being healthy :) I've been healthier mentally this winter too. No Depression and I am controlling my anxiety with exercise and natural remedies like passion flower. It's a cold day here in Chicagoland but a very happy day for me!!
